1. Each third country, partner country and OCT participating in an Interreg programme shall identify a national or regional authority as contact point for the managing authority (the ‘contact point’). 2. The contact point, a body equivalent to the Interreg programme communication officer as provided for in Article 36(1), or the branch office or offices, shall support the managing authority and partners in the respective third country, partner country or OCT with regard to the tasks provided for in Article 36(2) to (6). |
