Council Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 1860/76 of 29 June 1976 laying down the Conditions of Employment of Staff of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions article 29a CELEX: 01976R1860-19870315 Exceptionally, the director may, upon application setting out the reasons therefor, authorize a staff member to work half-time if he considers that this would be fully in the interests of the Foundation.
The procedure for granting this autorization is laid down in Annex VII.
A staff member authorized to work half-time shall in each month, in the manner provided for by the director, work half the normal working time.
