1. The executive director shall submit for adoption to the governing board a draft work programme. 2. The work programme shall be adopted by the end of the year prior to its implementation. The work programme and the calls for proposals shall be published on the website of the joint undertaking and on the Horizon Europe website, and, to support the coordination with the overall strategy of Horizon Europe, be shared with the relevant configuration of the Programme Committee for information. 3. The executive director shall prepare a draft annual budget for the following year and submit it to the governing board for adoption. 4. The annual budget for a particular year shall be adopted by the governing board by the end of the year prior to its implementation. 5. The annual budget shall be adapted in order to take into account the amount of the Union financial contribution as set out in the Union budget and, where applicable, the amounts of the financial contributions from members other than the Union and from contributing partners, if any. |
