In fisheries in which it is not allowed to use more than one type of gear, any other gear shall be lashed and stowed so that it may not readily be used, in accordance with the following conditions: (a) nets, weights and similar gear shall be disconnected from their trawl boards and towing and hauling wires and ropes; (b) nets which are on or above deck shall be securely lashed and stowed; (c) longlines shall be stowed in lower decks. |
