1. The Office and the competent variety offices of the Member States shall, on request and without prejudice to the conditions set up for the sending of results of technical examinations, dispatch to each other for their own use, free of charge, one or more copies of their respective publications and any other useful information relating to property rights applied for or granted. 2. The data referred to in Article 88 (3) shall be excluded from information, unless: (a) the information is necessary for the conduct of the examinations pursuant to Articles 55 and 64; or (b) the applicant for a Community plant variety right or the holder gives his consent. |
