1. Members of the Committee shall be appointed for a term of five years, renewable once. On the expiry of their term of office, members shall remain in office until they are replaced or until their appointments are renewed. 2. If a member resigns before the expiry of his or her term of office, he or she shall be replaced for the remainder of the term by a member appointed in accordance with Article 4. |
