Staff shall be entitled to annual leave of not less than 24 working days nor more than 30 working days per calendar year, in accordance with rules to be laid down by the Administrative Board in agreement with the Commission of the European Communities, after consulting the Staff Committee. Apart from this annual leave, staff may exceptionally, on application, be granted special leave. The rules relating to such leave are laid down in Annex III.
