1. Every five years, Member States shall transmit a report to the Commission on the application of this Regulation. 2. On the basis of the reports submitted by the Member States and its own observations, the Commission shall draw up a report every five years to be submitted to the European Parliament and the Council. 3. An evaluation of the impact of this Regulation on the common fisheries policy shall be undertaken by the Commission five years after the entry into force of this Regulation. 4. Member States shall transmit to the Commission a report stating the rules that have been used for producing reports on basic data. 5. Detailed rules on the content and format of the reports by Member States for the application of this Article shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 119. |
