Crowdfunding service providers shall: (a) keep all records related to their services and transactions on a durable medium for a period of at least five years; (b) ensure that their clients have immediate access to records of the services provided to them at all times; (c) maintain for a period of at least five years all agreements between the crowdfunding service providers and their clients. |
