1. Member States shall regularly collect comprehensive statistics from the relevant authorities. They shall maintain those statistics and shall send them to the Commission each year. Those statistics shall include, in addition to the information referred to in Article 11(2) of Directive 2014/42/EU, the number of freezing orders and confiscation orders received by a Member State from other Member States that were recognised and executed, and the recognition and execution of which were refused. 2. Each year, Member States shall also send the following statistics to the Commission, where they are available at a central level in the Member State concerned: (a) the number of cases in which a victim was compensated or granted restitution of the property obtained by the execution of a confiscation order under this Regulation; and (b) the average period required for the execution of freezing orders and confiscation orders under this Regulation. |
