The Commission may adopt implementing acts: (a) limiting the quantities for which licences may be issued; (b) rejecting the quantities applied for; (c) suspending the submission of applications in order to manage the market where large quantities are applied for.
Those implementing acts shall be adopted without applying the procedure referred to in Article 229(2) or (3). |
