1. ESMA shall have the powers necessary to carry out the tasks attributed to it by this Regulation. 2. ESMA’s powers in accordance with Directive 2011/61/EU shall also be exercised with respect to this Regulation and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council (). 3. For the purposes of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010, this Regulation shall be understood as a further legally binding Union act which confers tasks on ESMA as referred to in Article 1(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010. |
