The Commission shall specify, by means of implementing acts, the procedural rules for: (a) lodging the exit summary declaration referred to in Article 271; (b) amending the exit summary declaration, in accordance with the first subparagraph of Article 272(1); (c) invalidating the exit summary declaration, in accordance with Article 272(2).
Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 285(4). |
