1. The processing of personal data by competent authorities within the framework of this Regulation shall comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. 2. The processing of personal data by the Commission within the framework of this Regulation shall comply with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725. 3. Member States and the Commission shall take the necessary measures in accordance with the applicable Union or national law to ensure the confidentiality of commercial and other sensitive information exchanged pursuant to this Regulation. |
