1. In 2018 the Commission and each Member State shall review the situation, in the light of the interim evaluation reports submitted by the Member States in accordance with point (a) of Article 57(1), and in the light of developments in Union policies and in the Member State concerned. 2. Following the review- referred to in paragraph 1, and in the light of its outcome, national programmes may be revised. 3. The rules laid down in Article 14 on the preparation and approval of national programmes shall apply mutatis mutandis to the preparation and approval of the revised national programmes. 4. After the completion of the mid-term review, and as part of the interim evaluation referred to in point (a) of Article 57(2), the Commission shall report on the mid-term review to the European Parliament, the Council, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions. |
