By 20 December 2025, and every five years thereafter, the Commission shall submit a report to the European Parliament, to the Council and to the European Economic and Social Committee on the application of this Regulation, including on: (a) the possibility for Member States to make and withdraw declarations under Articles 4(2) and 14(2); (b) the interaction between the respect for fundamental rights and the mutual recognition of freezing orders and confiscation orders; (c) the application of Articles 28, 29 and 30 in relation to the management and disposal of frozen and confiscated property, the restitution of property to victims and the compensation of victims. |
