1. Without prejudice to Regulation (EC) No 1367/2006 and in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 223/2009, the Commission (Eurostat) shall disseminate online and free of charge the data transmitted to it in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of this Regulation. 2. The Commission (Eurostat) shall disseminate, in full respect of commercial and statistical confidentiality, aggregated statistics, falling within the scope of this Regulation, on veterinary medicinal products derived from data provided for in Article 55(2) and Article 57(2) of Regulation (EU) 2019/6. |
