1. If the funding needs of Ukraine decrease fundamentally during the period of the disbursement of the Union’s support under the Instrument compared to the initial projections, the Commission may reduce the amount of the support, suspend it or cancel it. 2. Where the requirements set out in Article 12(2) are not met, the Commission shall suspend or cancel the disbursement of the support under the Instrument. |
