1. All procedural issues not specifically dealt with in this Regulation shall be governed by the law of the Member State in which the procedure takes place. 2. The effects of the opening of insolvency proceedings on individual enforcement actions, such as the enforcement of a Preservation Order, shall be governed by the law of the Member State in which the insolvency proceedings have been opened. |
