1. The Agency’s administrative and management structure shall comprise: (a) the Administrative Board; (b) the Executive Director; (c) the Security Accreditation Board. 2. The Administrative Board, the Executive Director and the Security Accreditation Board shall cooperate to ensure the operation of the Agency and coordination in accordance with the procedures determined by the Agency’s internal rules, such as the rules of procedure of the Administrative Board, the rules of procedure of the Security Accreditation Board, the financial rules applicable to the Agency, the implementing rules of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union (‘Staff Regulations’) and the rules governing access to documents. |
