When a compulsory licence has been granted, the Member State shall notify the Council for TRIPS through the intermediary of the Commission of the grant of the licence, and of the specific conditions attached to it.
The information provided shall include the following details of the licence: (a) the name and address of the licensee; (b) the product or products concerned; (c) the quantity to be supplied; (d) the country or countries to which the product or products are to be exported; (e) the duration of the licence; (f) the address of the website referred to in Article 10(6). |
