Council Regulation (EC) No 600/2004 of 22 March 2004 laying down certain technical measures applicable to fishing activities in the area covered by the Convention on the conservation of Antarctic marine living resources article 20 CELEX: 32004R0600 Committee procedure
1. The Commission shall be assisted by the Committee set up under Article 30 of Council Regulation (EC) No 2371/2002 of 20 December 2002 on the conservation and sustainable exploitation of fisheries resources under the Common Fisheries Policy(7). 2. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 4 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply.
The period laid down in Article 4(3) of Decision 1999/468/EEC shall be set at one month. 3. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EEC shall apply.
The period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EEC shall be set at one month. 4. The Committee shall adopt its Rules of Procedure. |
