Council Regulation (EC) No 2329/2003 of 22 December 2003 on the conclusion of the Fisheries Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Mozambique article 5 CELEX: 32003R2329 This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
