Council Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 1860/76 of 29 June 1976 laying down the Conditions of Employment of Staff of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions article 36 CELEX: 01976R1860-19870315 In the event of a staff member's death, the surviving spouse or dependent children shall receive the deceased's full remuneration until the end of the third month after the month in which the death occurred.
In the event of a pensioner's death, the first paragraph shall apply to the pension of the deceased.
