1. The Commission shall evaluate and select proposals for simple programmes received in response to the call for proposals referred to in Article 8(2). The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 22 laying down the specific conditions for eligibility with regard to simple programmes. 2. The Commission shall adopt implementing acts, determining the simple programmes selected, any changes to be made to them, and the corresponding budgets. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 23(2). |
