1. Article 37(1) and Article 38 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046 shall apply. 2. The annual statement of the commitments, payments and the annual amount of calls for contributions under Article 7 of the Internal Agreement shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union. 3. For the purpose of Article 38(2) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046, the term ‘locality’ shall mean, where necessary, the equivalent to the region on NUTS 2 level when the recipient is a natural person. |
