Council Regulation (EC) No 708/2007 of 11 June 2007 concerning use of alien and locally absent species in aquaculture article 25 CELEX: 02007R0708-20220402 Entry into force
1. This Regulation shall enter into force 20 days following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply six months after a Commission's Regulation on implementing rules referred to in Article 24(3) enters into force, but not later than 1 January 2009. 2. However, the provisions contained in Chapter I and Chapter II as well as Article 24, shall be applicable as from the date of entry into force of the Regulation. |
