Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents article 19 CELEX: 32001R1049 Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
It shall be applicable from 3 December 2001.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
