Council Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 of 12 December 2001 on Community designs article 31 CELEX: 02002R0006-20250501 Insolvency proceedings
1. The only insolvency proceedings in which a EU design ◄ may be involved shall be those opened in the Member State within the territory of which the centre of a debtor's main interests is situated. 2. In the case of joint proprietorship of a EU design ◄ , paragraph 1 shall apply to the share of the joint proprietor. 3. Where a EU design ◄ is involved in insolvency proceedings, on request of the competent national authority an entry to this effect shall be made in the register and published in the EU designs ◄ Bulletin referred to in Article 73(1). |
