1. Decisions 2009/371/JHA, 2009/934/JHA, 2009/935/JHA, 2009/936/JHA and 2009/968/JHA are hereby replaced for the Member States bound by this Regulation with effect from 1 May 2017.
Therefore, Decisions 2009/371/JHA, 2009/934/JHA, 2009/935/JHA, 2009/936/JHA and 2009/968/JHA are repealed with effect from 1 May 2017. 2. With regard to the Member States bound by this Regulation, references to the Decisions referred to in paragraph 1 shall be construed as references to this Regulation. |
