1. Transhipment at sea by Union vessels carrying on board Mediterranean swordfish, or by third country vessels in Union waters, shall be prohibited in all circumstances. 2. Without prejudice to Article 51, Article 52(2) and (3) and Articles 54 and 57 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2107, vessels shall only tranship Mediterranean swordfish in designated ports. |
