1. This Section shall apply to: (a) GMOs for feed use; (b) feed containing or consisting of GMOs; (c) feed produced from GMOs. 2. Where necessary, measures designed to amend non-essential elements of this Regulation by supplementing it and determining whether a type of feed falls within the scope of this Section shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 35(3). |
