1. By 21 May 2027, the Commission shall establish, by means of implementing acts, a standard, easily accessible and comparable format for the transmission of statistical data referred to in Article 22(4). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 24(2). 2. The standard format for the transmission of statistical data shall comprise the following elements: (a) a classification of environmental criminal offences; (b) counting units; (c) a reporting format. A common understanding of the elements referred to in the first subparagraph shall be ensured. |
