1. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 227 supplementing this Regulation by establishing rules for the suspension of import duties in whole or in part for molasses falling within CN Code 1703 . 2. In application of the rules referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, the Commission may adopt implementing acts to suspend in whole or in part import duties for molasses falling within CN Code 1703 , without applying the procedure referred to in Article 229(2) or (3). |
