Council Regulation (EC) No 150/2003 of 21 January 2003 suspending import duties on certain weapons and military equipment article 8 CELEX: 32003R0150 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
It shall apply as from 1 January 2003.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
