Council Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 of 12 December 2001 on Community designs article 35 CELEX: 02002R0006-20250501 Filing of applications
1. An application for a registered EU design shall be filed at the Office. 2. The Office shall issue to the applicant, without delay, a receipt which shall include at least the file number, a representation, description or other identification of the design, the nature and the number of documents and the date of their receipt. In the case of a multiple application, the receipt issued by the Office shall specify the first design and the number of designs filed. |
