Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on credit rating agencies (Text with EEA relevance) article 41 CELEX: 02009R1060-20250117 Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from its date of entry into force. However:
— Article 4(1) shall apply from 7 December 2010 and
— points (f), (g) and (h) of Article 4(3) shall apply from 7 June 2011. |
