1. Specific provisions on ownership, exploitation and dissemination, transfer and licensing as well as access rights may apply for ERC actions, training and mobility actions, pre-commercial procurement actions, public procurement of innovative solutions actions, programme co-fund actions and coordination and support actions. 2. The specific provisions referred to in paragraph 1 shall be set out in the grant agreement and shall not change the principles and obligations on open access. |
