1. Regulations (EC) No 1165/2008, (EC) No 543/2009 and (EC) No 1185/2009 and Directive 96/16/EC are repealed with effect from 1 January 2025 without prejudice to the obligations set out in those legal acts concerning the transmission of data and metadata, including quality reports, with regard to reference periods that fall, in whole or in part, before that date. 2. References to the repealed acts shall be construed as references to this Regulation. |
