1. The instructions for use of a food shall be indicated in such a way as to enable appropriate use to be made of the food. 2. The Commission may adopt implementing acts setting out detailed rules concerning the implementation of paragraph 1 for certain foods. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 48(2). |
