Council Regulation (EEC) No 1172/85 of 2 May 1985 on the conclusion of the Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters between the European Economic Community, on the one hand, and the Government of Denmark and the Home Government of the Faroe Islands, on the other hand, concerning salmon fishing in Faroese waters article 3 CELEX: 31985R1172 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
