1. For the purposes of this Regulation, the origin of a good or service or the nationality of a service provider, investment or intellectual property right holder shall be determined in accordance with Annex II. 2. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 17 to amend points 2 and 3 of Annex II to take account of relevant developments in international instruments and experience in the application of this Regulation or other Union acts. |
