Opposition Divisions
1. An Opposition Division shall be responsible for taking decisions on an opposition to an application to register an EU trade mark.
2. The decisions of the Opposition Divisions shall be taken by three-member groups. At least one member shall be legally qualified. Decisions relating to costs or to procedures shall be taken by a single member. The Commission shall adopt implementing acts specifying the exact types of decisions that are to be taken by a single member. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 207(2).
