Directive 2013/29/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 June 2013 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pyrotechnic articles (recast) Text with EEA relevance article 17 CELEX: 32013L0029 Conformity assessment procedures
For the assessment of conformity of pyrotechnic articles the manufacturer shall follow one of the following procedures referred to in Annex II: (a) EU-type examination (Module B), and, at the choice of the manufacturer, one of the following procedures: (i) conformity to type based on internal production control plus supervised product checks at random intervals (Module C2); (ii) conformity to type based on quality assurance of the production process (Module D); (iii) conformity to type based on product quality assurance (Module E); (b) conformity based on unit verification (Module G); (c) conformity based on full quality assurance (Module H), insofar as it concerns fireworks of category F4. |
