1. Member States shall ensure that operators and owners provide the competent authority, as a minimum, with the information described in Annex IX. 2. The Commission shall by means of an implementing act determine a common data reporting format and the details of information to be shared. That implementing act shall be adopted in accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 37(2). |
