The court shall revoke the appointment of the coordinator of its own motion or at the request of the insolvency practitioner of a participating group member where: (a) the coordinator acts to the detriment of the creditors of a participating group member; or
(b) the coordinator fails to comply with his or her obligations under this Chapter. |
