1. Member States may conclude bilateral and multilateral agreements on the further liberalisation of the services covered by this Regulation, in particular as regards the authorisation system and the simplification or abolition of control documents, especially in border regions. 2. Member States shall inform the Commission of any agreements concluded under paragraph 1. |
