Regulation (EEC) No 1691/73 of the council of 25 June 1973 concluding an agreement between the European economic community and the kingdom of Norway and adopting provisions for its implementation article 4 CELEX: 31973R1691 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1973.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
