1. To obtain a licence, applicants shall satisfy the minimum requirements set out in Articles 10 and 11. To obtain a certificate and for it to remain valid, applicants shall hold a licence and satisfy the minimum requirements set out in Articles 12 and 13. 2. A Member State may apply more stringent requirements with regard to the issuing of licences on its own territory. Nevertheless, it shall recognise licences issued by other Member States, in accordance with Article 7. |
