1. By 9 July 2015, Member States shall communicate to the Commission: (a) where appropriate, the names and contact details of the bodies designated in accordance with Article 14(2); and (b) the competent authorities including, where appropriate, the single point of contact, designated in accordance with Article 18(1). Member States shall inform the Commission of any subsequent changes to this information. 2. By 9 January 2016, Member States shall communicate to the Commission the first list referred to in Article 20(2). 3. The Commission shall transmit to the Member States the information referred to in point (a) of paragraph 1. |
